HVAC Maintenance Plans

Two seasonal tune-ups a year — AC in spring, heating in fall — plus priority scheduling when you need us in between. It's the most cost-effective way to keep your system reliable.

Spring — AC Tune-Up

Before cooling season
  • Full system inspection
  • Condenser coil cleaning
  • Refrigerant charge verification
  • Capacitor and electrical testing
  • Condensate drain check and clearing
  • Filter check and thermostat calibration

Fall — Heating Tune-Up

Before heating season
  • Heat exchanger inspection
  • Burner cleaning and inspection
  • Carbon monoxide safety check
  • Ignition system testing
  • Blower motor and electrical testing
  • Filter check and thermostat calibration

Why maintenance pays for itself

Fewer breakdowns

Most emergency failures start as small, detectable problems — a weak capacitor, a dirty flame sensor, a slow refrigerant leak. Tune-ups catch them while they're still cheap to fix.

Better efficiency

Dirty coils and clogged filters force your system to work harder for the same result, which shows up on your utility bill. Clean, properly charged equipment runs at its rated efficiency.

Warranty protection

Most equipment manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep parts warranties valid. Skipping tune-ups can void coverage you already paid for.

Common questions

How often should my HVAC system be maintained?

Once a year for each system: AC in spring before cooling season, and your furnace in fall before heating season. This is what equipment manufacturers recommend, and it's often required to keep your warranty valid.

What happens during a tune-up visit?

A full inspection and service of the system: cleaning key components, testing electrical parts, verifying refrigerant charge on AC systems, and running a carbon monoxide safety check on gas furnaces. If we find a developing problem, we'll show you what we found and explain your options — no surprise work.

Do plan members get priority scheduling?

Yes. When the first heat wave or cold snap hits and the schedule fills up, maintenance plan members get priority placement for service calls.

How do I sign up?

Book a tune-up online or give us a call, and we'll set up your plan at the visit. We'll remind you when each seasonal tune-up is due, so you don't have to track it.
